Cable Ctrl makes fold-over cable flags for the Liene PixCut S1, a photo sticker printer that also cuts. It doesn't print anything by itself: it gives you sheets to open in the Liene Photo app, so you need that printer. Type what each cable is, and it makes the sheets.
Cable Ctrl has only been tested with this printer, app and paper. Its sheet size, cut border and settings are made for the PixCut. Other printers haven't been tested, and a sheet made here may not print or cut correctly on them.
Types give every cable of a kind the same band colour. Change a type's colour and all of its labels follow. Type names are never printed.
Numbered runs make matched numbers without typing each one, with one tab for each end of the cable.
Spreadsheets: press Get template, fill it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, and open it here as .xlsx or .csv. You'll see what will be added before anything changes.
On a thinner cable the extra neck sticks to itself, and the faces sit a little further out.
Line 2 is small: shorten it, or raise the tab height.
Can't print: the message names the setting to change and the value that fixes it.
Lost track of the size: press Reset to defaults in Label Tab Design. Your labels stay as they are, and Undo brings the size back.
That file has no Line 1 or Line 2 column: start from the template.
An older or protected Excel file: save it as .xlsx or .csv.
This browser isn't keeping your list: use Export list before you close.
Cable Ctrl makes no network requests and has no analytics. Your list and your spreadsheets stay on this device.
